Health - $4.93 an hour up to 40 hours a week Vacation - 80 hours of vacation after 1 year of employment. Sick Leave - Earning (1) hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked maximum 56 hours annual Hours - 12-hour, 13-hour and 16-hour shifts. Shifts - 4 on/3 off, 3on/4off.
