Job Description
Partner closely with senior executives to drive alignment across strategic initiatives, enterprise priorities, and leadership forums.

Lead cross-functional coordination for CEO-sponsored programs, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder engagement, and outcome tracking.

Manage executive communications, including leadership messaging, board materials, and strategic updates, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Oversee governance processes for leadership reviews, transformation programs, and enterprise planning cycles.

Act as a strategic liaison between the CEO's office and business units, enabling seamless flow of information and decision-making.

Mentor high-performing talent across the organization, supporting leadership development and succession planning.

Drive continuous improvement in executive operations through process optimization, digital enablement, and stakeholder feedback.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
200,000 to 290,000 USD
