ABOUT POINTONE PointOne is reinventing how law firms operate. We build infrastructure for the legal industry, powering timekeeping and billing systems used by law firms and government agencies. Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We're a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys. To keep up with inbound customer demand, we're quickly scaling the team following a $16M Series A.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package. WHO YOU ARE You have:
- 3-6 years in a high-ownership role such as operations, consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup
- A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity
- The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work directly with the CEO to ensure the company's most important projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Own cross-functional projects end to end, filling gaps wherever the business needs it most.
- Turn ambiguous goals into plans, then into shipped outcomes.
- Prepare materials for the board, investors, and the team.
- Build the operating cadence that keeps a fast-growing company aligned.
