Senior IT Program ManagerA leading logistics and supply chain organization is hiring a Senior IT Program Manager in Southern California. The company operates a modern enterprise technology stack including warehouse management systems, ERP, EDI platforms, and cloud-based data solutions. This individual will oversee complex, multi-system initiatives and drive successful execution across business-critical platforms. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role reporting directly to the CTO. The organization is undergoing major transformation initiatives ranging from WMS upgrades to EDI platform migrations. This hire will play a pivotal role in shaping customer onboarding and enterprise program delivery.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of program or project management experience in IT or supply chain environmentsHands-on experience implementing WMS solutions within warehousing or 3PL operationsProven track record managing EDI onboardingStrong experience owning customer-facing implementations and onboarding processesAbility to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and delivery timelinesExceptional communication skills with experience interfacing with customers and executivesExperience gathering requirements and coordinating across technical and business teamsDemonstrated ownership of prioritization, sequencing, and delivery outcomesFamiliarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) used in day-to-day workDesired Skills & ExperienceExperience with Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, or similar WMS platformsERP exposure (NetSuite or equivalent)Background in consulting or client-facing implementation rolesExperience building onboarding frameworks or playbooks from scratchExperience in fast-paced or private equity-backed organizationsPMP or equivalent certificationWhat You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown30% WMS (e.g., Blue Yonder or equivalent)20% EDI platforms and integrations20% ERP and billing systems30% Data platform, vendors, and program toolingDaily Responsibilities40% Hands-On Program Execution30% Cross-Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management30% Customer Interaction & Onboarding LeadershipThe OfferBonus available and potential Stock OptionsYou will receive the following benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceVacation TimeEquity / Stock OptionsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.Specialization: Project / Program Management
