As a home health Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will be to assess patients' condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility/function review, evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas, report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed, and provide supervision and competency checks for COTAs as appropriate. Job Requirements Must be 18 years or older and have successfully completed at least a FL-approved masters OTR degree program from an industry-accredited institution. Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care. Current FL State OTR license is required. Now hiring in ALL Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando Counties. Locations We serve the following counties: Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando. Job Type Per diem, W-2. Job Types: Part-time, Contract.
