THE FLEXIBILITY YOU WANT Set your own availability – work as much or as little as you want. 1:1 patient care only – no double-booking, ever. Full clinical autonomy – create and execute your own treatment plans. PRN that actually feels PRN – no pressure, no minimums. THE EARNINGS & MODEL YOU DESERVE Per-visit rates range from $55 to $75, depending on experience and insurance needs. Tiered pay model – earn more as you take on more visits: Tier 1 (1–20 visits/week): base rate. Tier 2 (21–32 visits/week): +$5 per visit. Tier 3 (33–40 visits/week): +$5 per visit. Full-time salary range: $92K–$110K, based on experience and insurance needs. Faster onboarding = faster earnings (start within ~2 weeks). THE CASELOAD YOU NEED Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan. We're confident we can fill your schedule. If we can't: Get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month that we're unable to replace. THE SUPPORT YOU DESERVE Dedicated admin team handles scheduling, documentation support, and coordination. You focus on patient care. We handle the rest. New to home care or just want extra confidence before going solo? Shadowing is available to everyone — no questions asked. Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (home care preferred) Current CPR certification. Strong communication and bedside manner.
