Equipment Maintenance Manager

Waste Management

Waste Management (WM) is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance for fleet and heavy equipment supporting essential environmental services. In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians, manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensure all equipment operates safely, reliably, and in compliance with environmental and OSHA standards. You will coordinate repairs, control parts inventory, work with vendors, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement to minimize downtime and extend asset life in a high-impact, safety-focused environment.
