Alliance Laundry Systems is a proven manufacturer that values integrity, clear direction, and teamwork. We’re looking for a PLC & Controls Maintenance Technician II who loves digging into complex systems and keeping production on track.

• Standard Work Hours: Weekend Nights Friday - Sunday 4pm - 4am
• Hourly Rate: $37.28 to $41.56 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiring

What you’ll tackle

• Design minor control circuits and debug electrical, PLC, and electronic controls for machinery.
• Find and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Install electrical/electronic controls using schematics and blueprints.
• Work confidently with plant electrical power and water distribution.
• Handle basic mechanical repairs and machine tear-downs; replace parts like brushes and armatures.
• Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust fixtures, apparatus, wiring, and new services—panels, breakers, and conduit included.
• Mount motors, transformers, and lighting; complete circuits per diagrams.
• Monitor installed equipment for hazards, adjustments, and replacement needs.
• Use proper tools and test equipment to install/repair/replace/test electrical circuits and equipment.
• Pitch in on tasks typical of lower classifications and occasionally provide direction to those team members.
• Take on diverse assignments as directed by the Group Leader.

What you bring

• Two-year Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Computer and CMMS proficiency for part searches and work entry.

Physical demands

• Comfort with standing for extended periods, some seated work, manual dexterity, stooping, and bending.
• Pre-employment physical with a baseline ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
