Assistant Studio Manager

SweatHouz provides an elevated wellness experience designed to help guests make recovery and self-care part of their routine. Our studios are built around delivering an exceptional guest experience while helping members achieve their individual wellness goals.

The Assistant Studio Manager is a guest-focused, sales-driven leader who supports the Studio Manager with the day-to-day execution of a SweatHouz studio. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on sales execution, team development, guest experience, community engagement, and studio operations.

The Assistant Studio Manager helps drive membership growth and retention while ensuring the studio consistently delivers a high-level guest experience. This role also supports the training, coaching, and development of Sales Associates and serves as a leader in the studio when the Studio Manager is not present.

A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

• Support membership sales and overall studio sales goals.
• Drive guest acquisition, conversion, upsells, and membership retention.
• Conduct studio tours and educate prospective guests on SweatHouz services and memberships.
• Support lead follow-up, outreach, and other sales initiatives.
• Partner with the Studio Manager and team to achieve studio performance goals.

People Leadership

• Train, coach, mentor, and support Sales Associates.
• Help establish clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Support a positive, accountable, and high-performing studio culture.
• Serve as a leader and point of contact when the Studio Manager is not present.

Guest Experience

• Deliver a high level of hospitality and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest questions or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Build relationships with guests to support loyalty and retention.
• Help create a welcoming studio culture and sense of community.

Operations & Studio Management

• Support the consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and stocking standards.
• Assist with suite turnover, sanitizing, laundry, and other daily operational needs.
• Support purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
• Help ensure the studio consistently meets safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Support local partnerships and community outreach.
• Participate in studio events, promotions, and other initiatives that drive awareness and membership growth.
• Represent SweatHouz professionally within the local community.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership or management experience preferred, ideally within spa, salon, fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality.
• Membership sales and customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, POS, scheduling, and other studio technology.
• Passion for the SweatHouz brand, wellness, hospitality, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to work a flexible, nontraditional schedule based on business needs.

Compensation: $45000-$50000 annually
