Chloé Studio Manager Since its creation in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Parisian Maison, Chloé, has championed a vision of liberated and free femininity. The Studio Manager supports the daily organization and coordination of the Ready-to-Wear Studio. Working closely with the Design, Product Development, Workshop, and Merchandising teams, he/she ensures the smooth execution of the collection development process by coordinating schedules, meetings, logistics, and cross-departmental communication. The Studio Manager contributes to an effective studio organization, ensuring that collections are developed on time, that information flows smoothly between teams, and that operational priorities are respected in accordance with the Maison's standards. Responsibilities: Coordinates the daily collection development process by ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the Design, Product Development, Workshop, Merchandising teams, and other cross-departmental teams. Supports the management and monitoring of the collection calendar, respecting key milestones and proactively reporting potential delays or risks. Organizes studio meetings, fittings, and collection reviews, ensuring that agendas, documentation, and action plans are prepared and followed. Maintains and updates planning tools, follow-ups, and reporting documents to ensure accurate information sharing among stakeholders. Coordinates studio logistics. Supports the preparation and coordination of fashion shows, showroom presentations, lookbooks, and other collection-related events. Monitors the daily operational needs of the Studio, ensuring that resources are available and that activities proceed efficiently. Acts as a key operational contact between the Studio and internal partners, facilitating collaboration and ensuring prompt follow-up on actions. Supports budget tracking, administrative activities, and continuous process improvement in the studio. Contributes to maintaining a collaborative, organized, and agile working environment within the Ready-to-Wear Studio. Profile: 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination or studio management in the luxury ready-to-wear sector. Excellent understanding of the different stages of the collection development process. Appetite and ability to thrive in a demanding, changing, and dynamic environment. Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills for complex processes (collection development, events, logistics). Proven ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration among diverse teams (Design, Product Development, Workshop, Merchandising, internal partners). Ability to manage and track collection schedules, proactively identify potential risks and delays, and ensure follow-up on actions. Precision in preparing agendas, renderings, updating planning tools, and reporting. Ability to anticipate operational needs, solve problems, and take initiatives. Ability to manage varied tasks ranging from logistics to administration, including budget support and continuous process improvement. Ability to act as a key operational contact, facilitating exchanges and ensuring prompt follow-up. Ability to contribute to maintaining a collaborative, organized, and agile working environment. Fluent English and French. Chloé
