Studio Manager

StretchLab Queens Studio Manager (General Manager) Location: Austin Street, Queens Full‑time, 40 hours + overtime eligible. Base pay: $26 per hour, with strong monthly bonus opportunity and commissions on new memberships and packages. What Makes This Role Different This is a hands‑on leadership role where you run the studio like your own business. What You’ll Own Drive membership sales and retention Manage daily operations and staffing Execute local marketing and outreach Build a Strong Team Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists Set expectations and track performance Develop future leaders Run the Numbers Monitor KPIs and revenue goals Identify issues early and act quickly Keep the studio on track week-to-week What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals Strong organization and follow-through Confident leading conversations and coaching staff High‑ownership mindset This Role Is NOT Ideal For Someone Who Wants Minimal performance tracking A purely administrative manager role A slow corporate environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $26/hour + overtime eligible Monthly performance bonuses Commission on new memberships and packages Health insurance option 401(k) with company match Paid time off Complimentary StretchLab membership Professional development stipend #J-18808-Ljbffr StretchLab
