Job Description
CT Technologist - Radiology

Schedule:
- Day Shift with Call Rotation

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
1. Graduation from an approved school of radiology technology.
2. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed by the State Department of Health.
3. Flexibility to work overtime and on-call duty.
4. Understanding of age-related developmental issues of pediatrics and geriatrics.
5. Maintain continuing education and meet required continuing education credits by the ARRT.
6. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries.
- Collaborate effectively with patients and their families, and consult with other departments as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment while practicing confidentiality and professionalism.
- Accept and provide constructive feedback, and support the mission and vision of the healthcare facility.
- Adhere to infection control, fire and safety, disaster, and hazardous waste policies.
- Manage time efficiently and demonstrate the competencies required for the position.

Compliance / Notes:
- Overnight housing accommodations available for out-of-town employees.
