Jefferson Healthcare is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for Concierge Volunteers to join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
As a Concierge, you'll be the friendly face that greets community members at our entrance kiosk, guiding them with care and kindness to their check-in destinations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
No prior experience required; customer service or healthcare exposure preferred.
Volunteer Shifts Options include Monday-Friday:
- Morning: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Afternoon: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Choose what works for you:
- Up to one 4.5-hour shift per week
What to expect:
- May require standing or walking for 4.5-hour shifts
- Outdoor and transitional spaces with exposure to weather
- May involve fast paced or high-pressure moments
- Orientation and onboarding requirements
