They provide real-time clinical decision-making, guide life-saving interventions, and serve as trusted clinical leaders supporting the front-line staff who answer the call.As a Crisis Services Clinician, you'll combine direct crisis assessment with clinical leadership—supporting callers in their most critical moments while mentoring and consulting with crisis phone staff and volunteers.
