Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Med Surg/Tele - RN (Travel Contract) Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Telemetry (Department: Med Surg RN 2E) Location: Marshfield, Wisconsin (Marshfield Medical Center) Shift: Nights (19:00 - 07:30; every other weekend and holiday required) Target Start Date: 09/28/2026 VMS Req ID: 1161845/ 878638 Position Summary Travel Med-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse needed for a 15-bed unit (Med Surg RN 2E) at Marshfield Medical Center. Responsibilities include managing post-surgical and acute medical patients (orthopedics, urology, GYN/ONC, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, ENT, plastics, and GI), titrating drips (heparin, occasional nitro, Cardizem, insulin), maintaining 1:5–6 ratios on nights, and floating to other adult medical/surgical units as required. Clean and professional scrubs of any color accepted.
