As a Part-Time Receptionist on our team, you will be one of the first faces people see and voices they hear at Four Seasons. You will help create a welcoming environment for our residents, families, visitors, and employees while supporting the day-to-day operations of our community.

In This Role You Will:

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and employees and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Assist visitors with information, visitation procedures, and community safety requirements
• Help maintain visitor logs, identification badges, and other security procedures
• Maintain organized records, files, supplies, and reception areas
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to help ensure needs and requests are addressed promptly
• Report safety, security, or emergency concerns to appropriate leadership
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Shift Details: Part-Time Evening and Weekends

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of experience in a receptionist, call-center, administrative, or related role
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, visitors, and employees
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrates good judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
