Join our Dermatology team in beautiful Damariscotta as a Medical Assistant and be part of a close-knit team dedicated to helping patients feel confident and cared for. Youll work alongside experienced providers in a specialty where no two days are exactly alikesupporting patients through everything from routine skin checks to procedures and treatments.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Must meet one of the following requirements: Graduated from an accredited vocational institution or community college in Medical Assisting with 160 hours of clinical experience completed; or completion of an Adult Education Medical Assistant program and 6 months of clinical experience in a practice setting; or 1 year of clinical experience in a multi-provider practice setting (equivalent experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. License/Certifications: Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, NCCT, or NREMT certification preferred. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Fully remote care team members are exempt from BLS certification requirement. A NH Med Tech License, or NH EMT and National Registry EMT license is required for those positions located in New Hampshire.
3. Experience: Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

The pay range for this position is $21.09 to $27.12 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
