At Trade31, we're not just constructing buildings—we're building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of carpentry work including wood floor, wall, and roof framingInstall interior trim, casework, exterior siding, and exterior trimSet hollow metal frames, doors, and associated hardwarePerform metal stud framing, concrete forming, and scaffold erectingWork from project blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and qualityUnderstand common construction processes for residential and commercial projectsSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for carpentry tasksDemonstrate skill in specific task areas while remaining open to learning additional tradesActively participate in accident and incident investigations when requiredFollow all OSHA, EPA, ODH, and company safety policies and proceduresAdhere to all site-specific safety and health program requirementsQualificationsHigh School Diploma4 years' experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenterOSHA 10Equipment training as it relates to Carpenter job titleA valid driver's license is required for this role.
