You'll recruit across a diverse portfolio of professional positions, including Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Executive Leadership, and Operations, while building lasting client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Direct Hire, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire positions.
• Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client relationships.
• Recruit and place professionals across Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Executive-level positions.
• Conduct client intake meetings to understand hiring needs, company culture, and talent requirements.
• Source, interview, qualify, and present highly qualified candidates.
• Negotiate offers and successfully manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate documentation, and client communication within the ATS.
• Consistently achieve recruiting, sales, and revenue goals while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
• Stay informed on market trends, salary data, and competitive hiring practices within your recruiting specialties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of staffing agency recruiting experience (required).
• Agency recruiting experience is required. Corporate recruiting experience alone will not be considered.
• Proven success recruiting within one or more of the following disciplines:
• Information Technology
• Accounting & Finance
• Human Resources
• Operations
• Executive Leadership
• Full Desk Recruiting experience, including Business Development and Recruiting, strongly preferred.
• Executive Search experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success placing Direct Hire, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire professionals.
• Proven history of producing $500,000+ in annual gross profit (or equivalent production metrics).
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
