Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end digital product lifecycle (discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch, and optimization)
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps
- Manage 3-5 complex digital product workstreams simultaneously
- Partner with engineering and agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Lead AI-enabled product initiatives and ensure business value realization
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders on long-term strategy
- Use analytics and insights to track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Provide clear communication on status, risks, and deployment timelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- SAFe Certification (required)
- 10+ years overall experience, with 6+ years as a Product Manager
- Strong Agile / SAFe product management experience
- At least 2 recent AI-related product projects
- Experience with Google Analytics and Aha
- Digital product experience across web, mobile apps, and backend systems (APIs, DB, cloud)
- Roadmapping, visioning, and portfolio-level product leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Healthcare Insurance / Payer domain experience
- Background in large enterprise IT environments
