Data Clerk
 Updates Trapeze with data from manifests performed daily
 Ensures odometer readings, fares collected, pick-up and drop-off times are accurately
reflected in Trapeze as it is on the operator manifest
 Ensures that all trips in Trapeze match what is on the operator manifest or add-on sheet
 Ensures that any trips on operators' run are either on the original printed manifest or
that the operator has recorded an add-on or
 trip insertion on an add-on sheet
 Updates any fare media received match what is reflected in Trapeze (cash,
ticket, State Workers Pass, etc.)
 Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
 High School Degree or equivalent
 Ability to perform a volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy
 Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions
 Ability to prepare records in a systematic, neat, legible manner.
 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced manner
