You will leverage EY's global network to support various account teams, service lines, and solutions in order to tackle some of the largest and most complex corporate real estate and workplace challenges facing our clients.

Your key responsibilities To be effective in EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate practice, you need to be able to make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology, during major M&A and divestiture engagements, or during corporate transformations. You will be an important part of our diverse, talented, and highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile corporate real estate engagements. As a Senior Associate-Consultant, you will spend your days working on strategic and / or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.

Skills and attributes for success Assess operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline corporate real estate and facilities management service delivery. Support transaction advisory engagements, including pre-deal due diligence, integration support and/or separation support. Demonstrate strong understanding of the corporate real estate functional areas, and the transaction lifecycle, including activities from diligence to sign to close. Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills and ability to analyze real estate KPIs, benchmarks and operational trends. Develop innovative approaches to completing scopes of work. Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues. Inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services. Develop presentation materials, briefings, scorecards, and implementation documents. Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products. Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients. Manage the creation of proposals, presentations and other client-facing materials and deliverables. Communicate EY's point of view on relevant and current CRE topics and trends. Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets. Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports. Client-service oriented work ethic, driven by a desire to act. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience. Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline is preferred. Credible, related work experience, supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in the field of corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting. Experience supporting project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management. Exceptional writing and presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Experience leading and managing in complex business environments. High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products (including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position. The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Ideally, you will also have Prior professional services or management consulting experience, particularly in an corporate real estate, M&A, divestiture, or transaction advisory.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $205,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
