Community Program ManagerThere are two (2) Community Program Manager positions which report to the Deputy Administrator for Community Facilities. One with the Guaranteed and Loan Processing and Servicing Division and one with Direct Loan/Grant Processing Division for Community Facilities in the Rural Housing Service (RHS). The Division is responsible for processing and servicing Community Facilities guaranteed and direct loans and grants and the Rural Community Development Initiative (RCDI) Grants.
