Overview The Administrative Coordinator will provide programmatic and operational support to various programs within Duval and Clay County operations. This includes administering the EHEAP program and supporting Agency’s Senior Centers. The role requires interaction with staff across multiple departments and locations, and comfort traveling between facilities in Duval and Clay Counties. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience. Excellent written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient with multiline telephones and general office equipment. Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in a dynamic environment. Background check and drug screening required. Essential Functions Assist in administering various departments’ plans and procedures. Support Aging True administrative functions in Duval and Clay Counties. Receive and screen general telephone calls, review voicemail, make appropriate referrals and provide timely responses. Participate in administrative staff meetings and other assigned meetings. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; overtime may be required with supervisor approval. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds, see both near and far, bend/stoop frequently, twist/rotate 180°, sit and work on the computer for at least 8 hours per day. Must tolerate changes in temperature and handle stress during emergency situations requiring speed.
