Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Special Education teaching certification for elementary level in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience supporting students with Life Skills, Autistic Support, or Learning Support needs preferred
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in multiple locations or buildings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for elementary students in Life Skills, Autistic Support, and Learning Support programs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Travel between two buildings for Learning Support role (as needed)
