As we prepare for our opening, we’re seeking a warm, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their orthodontic journey. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a polished, comfortable first impression. Coordinate new patient consultations from start to finish. Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly. Support case acceptance through patient-centered communication. Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements. Schedule appointments and maintain efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the clinical team. Qualifications Orthodontic or dental front office experience preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options. Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused. Professional, friendly, and team-oriented.
