Location: Treasure Valley, Idaho - Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna
Our ideal candidate is an M.D. or D.O. and is board certified/eligible. This is an outpatient only position. Call is approximately 1 time every 40 nights and consists mainly of phone calls with no hospital work. A nurse triage service screens patient calls. Hospitalist coverage is provided. Our family physicians work 4 days per week in the clinic.

Our clinics are based on a combination clinic that has urgent care and traditional appointment based family medicine at the same site. Urgent care and appointment physicians work together to address the patient's episodic and chronic care problems. Clinics provide urgent care providers the resources and staff to efficiently manage acute care problems. Clinicians follow evidence based guidelines and engage with patients in innovative ways to promote wellness. PHMG has received local and national recognition for providing efficient, quality care. Providers enjoy a schedule that allows time to experience the many activities Idaho has to offer.
