A rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization is seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst to join a newly built finance team supporting budgeting, FP&A, market expansion and high-impact growth initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain exposure to executive leadership, financial modeling, corporate development, and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Support the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, and 3-5 year financial plans
- Build scenario and sensitivity analyses around growth, pricing, labor, margins, expenses, and other key drivers
- Support M&A, due diligence, market expansion, and growth investment initiatives
- Analyze acquisition targets, market opportunities, pricing strategies, and business performance
- Develop executive-level presentations and business cases for leadership
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams to drive strategic decisions
- Work on initiatives that directly influence company growth and expansion
What You Bring
✅ Recent graduate, MBA, or finance professional with 0-3 years of experience
✅ Internship or full-time experience in:
- Corporate Finance and FP&A
- Private Equity, Investment Banking, TAS
- Corporate Development
✅ Strong financial modeling skills: Budgeting, Forecasting, Valuation analysis
✅ Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau
