Grillo's Production Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• This essential role contributes directly to our food manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and quality production of our fresh pickle products
• Operate and assist with various stages of the production line
• Handle, feel, and reach for ingredients and finished products according to specifications
• Ensure products meet Grillo's high quality standards and adhere to all food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift

Grillo's Production Qualifications:

• Need to be ok with COLD environments as the food production areas are typically maintained at approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Frequent handling, feeling, reaching, and operating production equipment Capacity to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary to perform duties
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs. frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance or mechanical support
• Strict adherence to our dress code and safety requirements is mandatory for food safety and personal protection
• **Prohibited Items:** For hygiene and safety, all jewelry, artificial fingernails, and artificial eyelashes are not permitted
• Demonstrated experience as a Production Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing/production role is required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
