Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our sales organization — driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our Federal customers. Partnering closely with our Field Account Executives, you’ll manage the full sales cycle and play a vital role in connecting customers with the technology solutions that power their success. This position reports to the Director of Inside Sales. What you’ll do Proactively connect with new contacts, accounts, and prospects through phone and email outreach — and track every interaction in our CRM. Qualify and nurture leads within target accounts to uncover new opportunities. Coordinate meaningful technical discussions between customers and our internal experts. Build trusted relationships with supplier partners and collaborate to register deals and grow mutual success. Create quotes, bids, and proposals that are accurate, timely, and customer-focused. Keep your sales forecast accurate and current to support team goals. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded. Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and keeping communication open. Support the entire sales cycle, bridging communication between customers, contracting shops, suppliers, and internal teams. Continually grow your sales and technical expertise through product, process, and federal contracting training. Follow company policies and suggest improvements that make our systems stronger. Take on additional projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 1–3 years of technology sales experience (inside or outside sales) 1–3 years working with Federal contracts (SEWP, GSA, etc.) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Federal Bid Board CRMs A passion for technology and a customer‑first mindset Why Impres 100% Remote — work from anywhere in the U.S. Exempt position with excellent benefits and career growth potential Equal Opportunity Employer — Veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply A collaborative culture that values integrity, innovation, and impact HUBZone candidates are highly encouraged (check eligibility on the SBA HUBZone map) sales team As the largest team at IMPRES and the "tip of the spear", the Sales department is the driving force behind our revenue growth and customer acquisition. Through targeted prospecting, solution selling, and relationship management, they are the first point of contact for our customers and the foundation of every client relationship we build. Working hand‑in‑hand with our other internal teams, Sales ensures that opportunities translate into closed deals and measurable business impact—from initial outreach through deal negotiation and long‑term account management.
