What You'll Be Doing:

• Confidently operate a sit-down electric forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Frequently get on and off the forklift to pick up items and accurately tag skids—attention to detail is your middle name!
• Provide corrugate materials to production lines, making sure everything needed is there on time.
• Transport finished goods safely and promptly to the warehouse, keeping inventory flow seamless and organized.
• Work closely with teammates to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Certified to operate a sit-down electric forklift (no exceptions—safety first!).
• Physical stamina to get on and off the forklift regularly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail for tagging skids and tracking materials.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Dependability and a solid work ethic to keep operations moving without a hitch.

Nice to Have:

• Experience or familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of corrugate materials and production line processes.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where every minute counts.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous forklift operation experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a big plus.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and walking regularly.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts if needed.
• Must maintain forklift certification and adhere to all safety standards.
