UI Designer
Join our dynamic team as a UI Designer, where you'll play a crucial role in translating UX strategy into high-fidelity, responsive designs. Your work will ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with our design system, supporting seamless development handoff. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in UI design for enterprise applications
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout
- Experience with design systems and responsive frameworks
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers and UX strategists
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center and Next Experience components
- Familiarity with Storybook and component handoff workflows
- Ability to write microcopy and contribute to content standards
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for core Employee Center pages
- Map legacy widgets to modern components and propose redesigns
- Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile within UI Builder constraints
- Prepare theme assets and tokens for branding in Theme Builder
- Provide component specs and redlines for developers
- Conduct design QA and accessibility checks during implementation
