Valley Behavioral Health
Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a Case Manager for its CORE I residential program in Utah. You will provide psychosocial rehabilitative services, coordinate care, support individualized goals, and build trusting relationships to foster recovery.
The role emphasizes documentation, regulatory compliance, managing medications as needed, and assisting with transportation to appointments, with compensation dependent on certification status and a schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 am to
