Recovery-Focused Case Manager: Housing & Life Skills
First Step House
First Step House in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our 44 North team. This role focuses on supporting individuals experiencing serious mental illness as they work toward housing stability, recovery, and community integration.
The Case Manager will play a vital role in helping residents maintain stable housing, access community resources, and develop life skills, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' self-identified goals.
