Contract Maintenance Supervisor
Contract Maintenance Supervisor for a 13-week assignment in Glendive, MT. Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations in a hospital setting, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Earn up to $3,800 per month with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure all equipment and facilities function optimally.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to meet safety and efficiency standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for boilers and other critical systems to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with hospital management to schedule maintenance activities that align with operational hours and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for reporting and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- MT Boilers License.
- Supervisory Certification (preferred or relevant experience).
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience in maintenance or facilities management.
- Ability to work day shifts.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
- Physical capability to perform maintenance duties and proficiency with safety protocols.
