Role Description The Lead Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Louisville, KY, with a blend of onsite property visits and work-from-home coordination. This role oversees daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching service teams, monitoring job progress, and ensuring quality standards across housekeeping, exterior care, and outdoor services. The Lead Manager communicates with clients, prepares service plans, handles follow-ups, and resolves operational issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This position also supports team leadership by guiding staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining consistent documentation of services and performance. Responsibilities The Lead Manager is responsible for coordinating field staff and service schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks across multiple properties. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, communicates service plans, follows up on open items, and resolves operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Supports team leadership by guiding staff, improving workflows, and maintaining thorough documentation of services and performance. Qualifications Operational management and team leadership skills, including experience coordinating field staff and service schedules. Customer service and communication skills to manage client expectations, handle inquiries, and maintain professional relationships. Organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple properties, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of residential cleaning, exterior maintenance, and outdoor property services, or willingness to learn these domains. Comfort with using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and digital tools for reporting and remote coordination. Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing client and operational needs. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in property management, hospitality, or home services is beneficial.
