Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $32$36/hour, based on experience
• Salary Range: $66,560$74,880/year
• Additional Compensation: $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home patient assessments to evaluate respiratory needs.
• Provide education on respiratory equipment and device usage.
• Adjust ventilator and oxygen therapy settings based on physician orders.
• Troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices and ensure proper function.
• Support patients remotely through phone follow-ups.
• Document care activities accurately in patient records.
• Travel within service areas using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Participate in on-call responsibilities for ventilator support.

What You Need

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• BLS certification.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if necessary.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and work independently.
