What you'll Do

As a CNA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient setting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients
• Deliver physical and emotional support to hospice patients and their families
• Educate and assist patients and families in maintaining the highest possible level of independence
• Demonstrate a deep commitment to patient comfort, dignity, and compassionate care

What You'll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
