Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager at Heytea, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple stores within a designated region. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining Heytea’s brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Operational Leadership Oversee the overall operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures to optimize store performance. Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and food quality regulations. Team Management Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to build a high-performing team. Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and results-driven work culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Develop and manage budgets for each store, ensuring cost control and profitability. Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals. Customer Experience Uphold Heytea’s commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience across all stores. Monitor customer feedback and proactively address concerns. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Strategic Planning Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and market expansion. Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the retail or food service industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Business acumen with a data-driven approach to performance management.
