Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our growing IVF/Fertility clinic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within a medical office, and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.


Responsibilities:

• Collect and record patient medical histories and vital signs
• Prepare patients for medical examinations and procedures
• Administer medications as directed by physicians
• Assist with patient education and counseling
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and filing paperwork
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• MA Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within a medical office setting
• Proficient in taking and recording vital signs
• Proficient in Phlebotomy
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and patient confidentiality
