Deine Rolle & deine Aufgaben

Du bist aktiv in der Neukundenakquise ttig und stehst dabei im direkten Austausch mit potenziellen Endkund:innen sowie zuknftigen Partner:innen.
Als erste Kontaktperson bearbeitest du Anfragen von der Erstqualifizierung ber die Nachverfolgung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss. Dabei bernimmst du die fachliche Produkt- und Tarifberatung und untersttzt Kund:innen sowie Partner:innen optimal bei ihrem WordPress Projekt.
Du identifizierst und akquirierst proaktiv strategische Partner:innen (Multiplikatoren). Dabei blickst du ber den Tellerrand hinaus, um stetig neue und spannende Multiplikatorensegmente zu erschlieen.
Du begeisterst potenzielle Kund:innen in der telefonischen Kaltakquise ("Cold Calling") und baust in kurzer Zeit ein starkes, qualifiziertes Netzwerk auf.
Du verantwortest und bearbeitest aktiv unsere Lead-Pipeline und stellst eine effiziente Weiterfhrung der Kontakte sicher.
Im Erstgesprch ermittelst du die Projektanforderungen der Interessent:innen und matchst diese passgenau mit den Angeboten unserer WordPress Partner:innen, um fr alle Beteiligten den grtmglichen Mehrwert zu schaffen.
Du analysierst und verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere bestehenden Sales-Prozesse (Inbound & Outbound) und untersttzt die abteilungsbergreifende Kommunikation.

Was wir uns von dir wnschen

Du bringst 23 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb (Inbound und Outbound) mit, wobei du insbesondere in der Outbound-Akquise bereits nachweisbare Erfolge erzielt hast.
Dein Verkaufsstil zeichnet sich durch den Aufbau von Sympathie und Vertrauen aus, kombiniert mit einem sicheren technischen Verstndnis.
Du bist stark in der telefonischen Beratung und kannst dich exzellent in dein Gegenber egal ob Endkund:in oder strategische:r Partner:in und die individuellen Bedrfnisse hineinversetzen.
Idealerweise bist du im deutschen WordPress-Umfeld zu Hause oder bringst Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Hosting oder SaaS mit.
Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell in Deutsch und Englisch.
Du kannst dich mit unseren Werten und unserer Mission identifizieren und hast Lust darauf, gemeinsam mit dem Raidboxes Team etwas zu bewegen.
