As a key member of our Operations Team, you play an essential role in ensuring quality, safety, andexceptionalcustomer experience. Position Overview The Operations Specialist works closely with frontline teams to ensure vehicles meetFlexcarquality standards and arecustomer-ready. This role primarilyoperatesoutdoors at a market location and requires strong attention to detail, technology usage, and operational coordination. This is anon-exempt positionand is eligible for overtime compensation under California law, including: Overtime for hours worked over 8 in a workday Double time for hours worked over 12 in a workday Overtime premiums for qualifying seventh consecutive workdays Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations will be provided to qualified individuals with disabilitiesin accordance withapplicable law. Clean and detail a high volume of vehicles to meet company standards Assess vehicle quality and document damage using company technology Complete readiness, return, andinfleetinspections Take high-quality vehicle photos for website display Conduct daily inventory scans andassistwith reconciliation Organize and manage vehicle inventory and parking areas Communicate with team members using company-issued smart devices Assistwith customer vehicle deliveries as needed MaintainFlexcarfacilities and property Manage assigned projects and tasks as business needs dictate Safeguard vehicles, company property, and customer information Comply withCal/OSHA safety requirements and environmental standards Accurately complete timekeeping records Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift and carry tools and materials up to 50 pounds Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexibility towork days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Strong time management and multitasking skills Comfort using smartphone and technology platforms Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Outdoor work exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions Use of cleaning chemicals and automotive-related materials Compensation Transparency (California – SB 1162) The hourly pay range for this position in California is$24.00 – $26.00 per hour. This rangerepresentsthereasonably expectedpay range for this role within California.
