Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct routine patrols to help maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and actions through clear, accurate reports. Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and first responders, escalating maintenance, security‑related, and emergency concerns according to site protocols. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least two years of security‑related experience. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
