Physical Therapist (PT)

Facility Name : Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital St. Louis Position : Physical Therapist Shift : Full Time Days Schedule : Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Job Summary The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred. License: Current PT license. Certifications: CPR certification required. Doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapy school.
