Physical Therapist | Lymphedema Therapy

Job Overview Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) positions available in Orange County, California and surrounding areas. Must work as part of a licensed PT team under mandatory supervision to assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities. Full‑time and part‑time schedules are offered, and assignments may be travel, permanent, or contract based. Responsibilities Administer physical therapy modalities of treatment, including hot, cold, electrical stimulation, and exercise therapy, as directed by the supervising physical therapist. Assist patients with daily tasks and therapeutic exercise schedules. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and patient responses. Support the PT team in setting up equipment and preparing treatment rooms. Qualifications Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active physical therapist licensure in the state of practice. Minimum one year of clinical experience, preferably in skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care settings. Minimum six months of experience as a physical therapy aide or assistant (for part‑time/entry level roles).
