Learn more at Total 1st year compensation: $140K to $150K Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our security business unit. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling security, communications, and fire alarm systems to both commercial/industrial businesses and the public sector throughout Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security and fire alarm technology. Primary Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clients Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post‑sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients Basic Qualifications Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Self‑motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred Disclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
