WHAT IS THE JOB?

Our team is looking for experienced Cooks to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:

• Setting up stations and preparing all food items in a timely manner according to Electric Shuffle guidelines and health & sanitation standards.
• Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining cook station items as needed throughout the shift, while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills.
• Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by kitchen leadership.
• Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas, adhering to proper food storage procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by kitchen and ops leadership.
• Being able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent food product with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.
• Being fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
• Bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
• Having great communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Having excellent organizational skills.
