Talent Brand & Onboarding Ops Specialist

ID.me is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to own ID.me's talent marketing and onboarding communications. You will execute the talent marketing plan across the careers site and social channels, gather employee stories with recruiters, and draft captions using AI tools for eventual human review.
