The Program Manager will lead the program primarily from a Supply Chain perspective, while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders across IT, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal. This individual will be responsible for driving program execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the implementation remains aligned with business objectives, milestones, and deliverables. This is a highly collaborative, individual-contributor program leadership role with no direct people-management responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Program LeadershipLead and manage the Coupa catalog implementation program through implementation and go-live.Run the program primarily from a Supply Chain perspective, ensuring business requirements and objectives are incorporated into the implementation.Coordinate multiple workstreams across Supply Chain, IT, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders.Manage stakeholder relationships and align stakeholder needs with overall program objectives.Partner with IT and Sourcing teams on procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and procurement-to-ERP integrations.Drive program planning, execution, coordination, and day-to-day facilitation.Establish and maintain program ground rules, collaboration structures, processes, and communication routines.Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of action items.Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables.Identify potential roadblocks and proactively drive resolution.Maintain program momentum and keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and decisions.Ensure multiple workstreams remain coordinated and on schedule.Support the broader ERP transformation initiative and ensure the Coupa implementation aligns with overall transformation objectives.Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and resolve implementation challenges.Help drive the program through successful execution and go-live.Day-to-Day ActivitiesThe role may initially be relatively light while program ground rules, processes, and collaboration structures are established.
