About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) with a strong background in scaling subscription-based SaaS businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth marketing, strategy, and revenue leadership, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and recurring revenue growth. As the CGO, you will be responsible for owning the company's growth strategy and will play a pivotal role in the business's expansion. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to operate strategically, and the successful candidate will be expected to lead initiatives in building and optimizing growth funnels, lifecycle campaigns, and demand generation programs. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have at least 10 years' experience in a relevant field and a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and funnel optimization. Experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics is essential. The role demands executive-level communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to partner with product and engineering teams to enhance onboarding, adoption, and retention. Preferred experience includes a background in the creator economy, digital media, music technology, or consumer software, as well as product-led growth and influencer, community, or creator marketing. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth and will be expected to present strategies and results to executive leadership.
